Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Special note on the early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The products we offer are digital content that is not supplied on a physical data carrier (e.g. Canva templates for download).

Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have started performance of the contract after you have

1. expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired, and

2. confirmed your awareness that, by giving your consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once we have begun performance of the contract.

We actively obtain this consent and confirmation during the order process (e.g. via a checkbox that you must actively confirm before completing your order). Performance of the contract begins only once you have confirmed this and the download has subsequently been provided, and your right of withdrawal expires at that point.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees as a result of this repayment.

If you requested that the performance of services should begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the point at which you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal in relation to this contract, compared to the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
